This place is sweet, super cute with great food and drink options. We had deserts and they were all top notch. I won't suggest a favorite because they were all that good. Our family biked from Lanesboro it was a pit stop the kids enjoyed nearly as much as me. Definitely going back...

Wide assortment to choose from, coffee, specialty tea, espresso, mocha, frappe, or non coffee drinks as well. Also, some unique drinks not found just anywhere, such as the Maple cardamom. Food is excellent as well! Relaxing ambiance, with local hand made items for sale. The staff is very welcoming. They strive to make your experience perfect. Love the fish on the wall, with a picture of each fish found in a local stream or river. Seating inside and outside (front or a quiet back area overlooking the river). A great place to relax, have coffee with friends, or study/work.

While I notice many of the reviews of Paddle On note it as unique, it's so much more than that. The atmosphere is at once open, airy, and contemporary and also intimate, soothing, and charming. I've visited just to pop in for a quick coffee or breakfast, met friends for conversation, held informal meetings, worked freelance, utilized the back space for classes or meetings, and just breathed, taking five minutes. It's perfect. I also appreciate the feeling of a welcome home from the cheerful staff and owners. The menu is creative, fun, and I love the seasonal nods. It offers exactly what is needed. While I certainly don't ever plan to ship there, I find myself drawn to picking up interesting books, locally- made items, or other items that aren't the normal tourist offerings that catch my eye while waiting for my order. Highly recommend!

Stopped by for breakfast. Had coffee and breakfast burrito. Both very good. This was Thursday before memorial day weekend. Town was quiet so not too busy so can't comment on what service might be like at height of season. It's a great space. Fish pictures are very cool. Variety of cool arty stuff for sale. Talked to owners, lovely couple. Would def visit again.

Very cute coffee shop, with surprisingly large amount of art supplies! Coffee and oatmeal were fantastic, as was local herbal tea blend (chocolate mint). There was also mushroom blend tea. Great chill atmosphere, nice music. Nice place to recharge.

The Minnesota Initiative Foundations hosted a two-day presidents retreat here in the back room of Paddle On Coffee. It was the perfect space, and the intimacy and coziness of the venue allowed for relationship-building, deep focused thinking, and decision-making. The natural light that flows into the space allowed for comfort and long discussions. The coffee shop access (especially the delicious lattes!) kept us energized and fueled. The arts and gifts shop up front also helped spark creativity, and served as a reminder of locally owned, creative rural entrepreneurship -- a core aspect to our organizations' missions. The integrated catering options were delicious and thoughtfully planned, and in very short walking distance to all of Lanesboro's major gems - helping us soak in the full character and vibrancy of our retreat location.
